Our fees are calculated based on your individual circumstances, and a fee estimate will be communicated to you prior to commencing work.

Our Fee Guarantee

We are so confident that you will be satisfied by our services that we are prepared to offer our fee guarantee to clients. On assignments (where a fixed fee is not negotiated before the commencement of work) if you feel our fee charged is in excess of the value you have received, we ask you to pay what you think is a fair amount in full settlement of accounting fees. You can then walk away and find another accountant for future accounting services. We don’t want unhappy clients who don’t think they are getting value for money so we are keen to resolve fee disputes in this manner.

Since we have taken this approach to fee disputes we have had less than a handful of clients disputing our fees and leaving us. We believe this is because the vast majority of clients are happy with our services and the value we provide. Of course this fee guarantee does not apply to fixed fee assignments or individual taxation returns where a set fee applies
